    Many parents that we come across throughout the community say it’s hard to get their kids to eat healthy. One fun idea that we’ve showed families at our lessons is to make kabobs—made with various fruits and cheeses! The kids that attend our lessons and try it seem to love it, and are a healthier alternative to cheese sticks or cheesy crackers!
